Keynote Presentation: Diane Antishin, Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Diversity Inclusion Officer – DTE Energy
Diane M. Antishin is vice president of Human Resources and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for DTE Energy. Antishin is responsible for the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide strategy for workforce planning and development, talent acquisition, talent and succession planning, executive and employee compensation and benefits, health and wellness, and labor and employee relations. In addition, she oversees the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, cultivating a work and learning environment that encourages, supports, and values the multicultural mosaic of DTE’s workforce, customers, business partners, suppliers, and communities. She also leads the employment and education pillar of the company’s force for growth strategies, driving economic growth and prosperity in the regions it serves.
Antishin is a member of the HR Policy Association, serving on the labor relations advisory and employment rights committees, and is a member of the board of governors for the American Health Policy Institute. She also serves on the Conference Board Council of U.S. D&I Executives and the board of directors for the American Society of Employers, the Haven-Oakland Foundation, and the board of visitors for the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business. She draws inspiration from her favorite quote: “We see the world not as it is, but as we are.”
